This statistical model will enable you to estimate the current and expected performance of new stores anywhere within the territory studied.

This statistical model will allow you to estimate de actual and expected return of the stores in any region or micro-region within the studied territory. We take into consideration the demographic (density, income, verticalization, etc.) and market (number of companies, commercial density, etc.) characteristics of these regions, as well as the presence and distance of competitors and businesses that may be considered important.
